Bonjour!

I had a wonderful time photographing this fun couple expecting their first baby. I was so excited to finally take things outdoors into the beautiful autumn colours. Their families are in Quebec and have not seen the lovely baby bump grow, so I hoped I could at least give them a glimpse of the expectant glow. Baby will be here really soon and I can't wait to meet him or her. Congratulations G. and A.!

Special

I've been friends with this little girl's mommy and daddy for over 10 years, and I feel so thrilled to finally meet her. Never thought I'd see the day that R. would become a daddy, but he truly is a natural with his precious little girl. I bet she's gonna know how to pull all the strings to get what she wants in no time ;-)

She is absolutely beautiful, you guys, and I couldn't be more happy for you! Congratulations. I hope I did her justice. She certainly was a photographer's dream. Let me do whatever I wanted and didn't complain at all.












Yes sweetheart, your mommy and daddy ARE crazy, but you're gonna have a LOT of fun growing up!

A Little Bit of Everything

Boy, oh boy, did I meet a fantastic lady today! She was up for anything, and I mean anything, and I'm sure her boyfriend will love his present, but I think it's only fair that we don't spoil his surprise ;-). Tiny Doll

Well, I just had the sweetest little munchkin in my studio, and at only 12 days she was a perfect little lady! She certainly was a curious little girl and every time I pressed the shutter she'd open up her eyes to take a peak at what I was up to, lol. With gorgeous eyes like hers, though, I was glad to see her awake! Congratulations guys and thank you for bringing her over.

I'm lucky!

Every time I have a session I realize just how lucky I am to do what I absolutely LOVE for a living! From the voluptuous expectant curves, to the precious newborns, to the unique dynamics of families, I feel honoured that I was chosen to capture their essence for posterity.

Today was no exception. I had a visit from a striking woman expecting her first baby. At 35 weeks, she was just at the perfect time in her pregnancy for a photo session and we had so much fun! I had a very hard time choosing the photos for this sneak peek because we captured so many wonderful images. I can't wait for you darling to arrive. He/she will be here before you know it :-)

Stunning

I had the pleasure of photographing an absolutely stunning momma-to-be today. It was extra special for me, as this was my first session in my brand new studio space. It's always so much fun when my clients are up for anything and I really got to push my creative boundaries while I figured out my way around the new studio. Blue Steel

I had the pleasure of photographing the sweetest little man today... and his newborn son (haha, just kidding Neil!) You may remember daddy from this session. Despite being thoroughly unimpressed with my LOUD shutter, baby B let me snap a few shots before he let me know in no uncertain terms that he was finished, lol. He's gorgeous, you guys! Congratulations and thank you for letting me capture this special time in your lives.

Looks like father and son have been working hard at perfecting the "blue steel" look for this photo session :-)
