Vancouver Maternity Photographer - Sweet Summer Belly

I know I say it too often, but I really LOVE what I do! I had a wonderful couple expecting their first baby visit me this afternoon. It's my last session before my vacation, so I'm quickly getting their sneak peek up and then off to pack. There are many babies coming in August (one already came on Monday!) so expect many sweet baby photos in the near future. But before the babies, here is a quick look at this gorgeous momma. Sigh.... She's just so lovely!

Ah, how I'm loving this weather! I know many people complain that it's just too hot, but for me this is heaven.

My husband's cousin was getting married yesterday and we drove to a beautiful location in South Surrey. Although I was asked to photograph the wedding, I had to decline because weddings are a bit too stressful for my taste ;-) Nonetheless, I did snap a few shots at the ceremony. Didn't the bride look absolutely lovely?

The location was just to gorgeous to ignore, so after dinner and speeches, I sneaked out with another couple and we took a few portraits.

What a great way to celebrate Canada Day! I had the sweetest little girl come visit me today and she brought her mommy and daddy with her. At three months old, I wasn't sure what kind of photos we'd get, but she surprised me when she decided to doze off for a bit. We got many wonderful images and lots of cute smiles (which I'm saving for the gallery). And would you look at that hair! So cute! Thank you so much L and M for choosing me to capture your darling baby girl!

I had the wonderful opportunity to try my hand at something slightly different than I normally do. One of my daughters' friends mom is a local model and actress and asked me if I would take some new head shots for her. We had a great time in my studio, and for a treat, we took the "party" outside. Thanks so much for coming today, working with you was so much fun!

If you're expecting a baby (or your little darling has already arrived) and you wish to have portraits done, don't delay in reserving your session date! I'm very excited that the demand for my services continues to grow, but what that means for you is limited availability. Vancouver Maternity Photographer - Hot Momma-to-be

I just want to know why my gorgeous clients, who are only a few weeks away from giving birth, are in much better shape than me?! As I stare at the bag of chips sitting next to my keyboard, I think I may have found the answer, lol.

I had a fantastic time photographing this lovely momma-to-be this afternoon. I always love when my clients are up for trying new things and we ended up with so many great shots I had a hard time choosing images for the sneak peek.

Baby will be here soon and, since mom and dad decided to keep it a surprise, it may be the first boy of 2010. Hahaha, I'll believe it when I see it :-)
