Canvas Sale!

I wanted to share this yesterday and turn it into a Father's Day promotion, but instead I spent the day in bed with the flu! Feeling much better today, so better late than never:

My canvas supplier is offering a fabulous sale right now and I'm passing the savings onto you. For 1 week only 16x20 gallery wrap canvases are on sale for only $175 (regular $300!). You can request an image from a past session or, if you book your session now, lock in the saving for an image from a future session. This offer expires June 28th, so don't delay!

Oh, and happy belated Father's Day!!!!

Vancouver Portrait Photographer - Aspiring Actor

I had the wonderful opportunity to try my hand at something slightly different than I normally do. One of my daughters' friends mom is a local model and actress and asked me if I would take some new head shots for her. We had a great time in my studio, and for a treat, we took the "party" outside. Thanks so much for coming today, working with you was so much fun!

Vancouver Baby Photographer - Booking into October

If you're expecting a baby (or your little darling has already arrived) and you wish to have portraits done, don't delay in reserving your session date! I'm very excited that the demand for my services continues to grow, but what that means for you is limited availability. June is already fully booked, July has one more opening and only 2 spots still available in August and 2 in September.

I've also been getting many inquiries about what's included in my Belly to Baby package so here is the breakdown:

1 to 2 hour Maternity Session
2 to 4 hour Newborn Session
online gallery with 15-20 proofs from EACH session
48 custom birth announcements (with envelopes)
1 10x20 story board
1 11x14 maternity print
1 11x14 newborn print

And here is what all of these products look like:

Send me a note if you would like more details or would like to book your portrait session before all the spots are spoken for :-)

Vancouver Maternity Photographer - Hot Momma-to-be

I just want to know why my gorgeous clients, who are only a few weeks away from giving birth, are in much better shape than me?! As I stare at the bag of chips sitting next to my keyboard, I think I may have found the answer, lol.

I had a fantastic time photographing this lovely momma-to-be this afternoon. I always love when my clients are up for trying new things and we ended up with so many great shots I had a hard time choosing images for the sneak peek.

Baby will be here soon and, since mom and dad decided to keep it a surprise, it may be the first boy of 2010. Hahaha, I'll believe it when I see it :-)

Thanks again guys for spending the afternoon with me and letting me capture some memories for you.

Vancouver Newborn Photographer - It's a girl!

Haha! Yes, the girl trend continues and I'm loving it! I had a darling little lady in my studio this afternoon. Goodness was she ever feisty, but she sure made up for it in cuteness :-) She came with her beautiful momma and grandma and I was delighted to learn that I was chosen because her mommy was looking for Anne Geddes type photos. At three weeks old, we couldn't get the more elaborate poses anymore (safety first!), but we managed to get some beautiful shots both sleepy and awake.

Thank you for coming today!
