Aldergrove Newborn Photographer - Family Love

I could have shared every photo from this session, there were so many I loved.  This sweet family drove all the way from Aldergrove to my Vancouver studio, and I have to admit, I felt pretty humbled that they would choose me to capture their lovely new addition.  Big brother was pretty mesmerized by his baby sister, but being still pretty young himself, we had fun getting him to stay still long enough for me to catch a few shots.  It always makes me laugh when moms are convinced that there was no way we got anything good.  I just love showing them the results at the ordering session and seeing the surprise in their eyes. This time was no exception! I hope the long commute was worth it :-)

Another one of my Watch Me Grow session bundle has turned 1 this Fall.  Hi was a tiny little guy when I first met him, and to see him turn into such a sweet big boy was both a joy and a little bitter sweet.  I still remember his incredibly long lashes sweeping across his tiny newborn cheeks.  I loved watching him grow and change and I hope to see him again in the future.

Oh how I loved seeing this family again! Just two years prior I photographed big brother when he was a brand new little one.  I love families that have a sense of humour about the realities of parenthood, and embrace the perfect moments together with the silly ones :-)

The most sought after shot at every session is one with a big smile.  With most babies, I'm lucky if I even get one.  This little man, though, was smiling every time we did a new pose.  He might actually hold the record for most smiles I've captured during a newborn session :-)

It's been an absolute blast working with this family over the past year.  Baby girl was one of the daintiest newborns I've had the pleasure of working with, and once she could sit, her rosy cheeks were an instant favourite amongst my blog followers, and now, this past summer, we met up for her final session of the Watch Me Grow package.  What a lovely little lady!

A sweet little addition to this lovely family was all that's needed.

I got to meet big sister when she was just a few months old, before her parents discovered I specialized in newborn photography. This time around, they made sure to book nice and early, well before little sis arrived to ensure we captured some truly sweet images of her alone as well as with her big sister.

I was only half joking when I told them they should get started on baby number 3, lol. Don't they make the cutest babies ever?!!!
