Vancouver Newborn Photography - It's the little things that matter in life

What's so special about newborn babies? Everything! The way they smell, the way they wiggle, the way their tiny hands wrap around your fingers.  And though I can't put all of that into a photograph, I hope as you look back at your tiny baby all those memories come rushing back, and you remember your baby exactly as she was in those first few days.

How lucky am I to photograph such stunning ladies! I especially love including mom in the photos, because moms always try to stay out of the pictures.  This lovely girls will cherish having photos with their mom when they get older.

Cake smash sessions are such a fun way to mark the important first birthday milestone! Yes, they sure get messy, but they also capture baby as they experience the mushy, sweet goodness of a cake, often for the very first time :-)

What an absolute treasure! Though tiny princess was definitely not interested in sleeping much, we got beautiful portraits of her nonetheless.  And I mean with such beautiful eyes, it would be a shame if she slept through it all :-)  Congratulations guys! Always a pleasure working with you!

This little doll changed so much since her newborn session, but her perfect big eyes remained absolutely gorgeous!  She was not in the mood for photos, but despite that, we got some sweet photos of her.

Three months old is a tough age to photograph sometimes, because babies can't sit yet, and many really don't like being on their tummies, so what's left is babies lying on their backs. But the expressions are priceless! And this little princess loved being on her tummy and even fell asleep long enough for the darling sleepy shots.
